Alice Prince announces new hire: HBCU Graduate, Felicia Rogers

Saint Louis, MO – Pathways United welcomes Felicia Rogers to Pathways United. Rogers will serve in the capacity as the Entrepreneur Support Specialists for the Economic Impact and Diversity Entrepreneurship Program. Their primary goal is to help create and support small businesses and minority-owned businesses.

Felicia Rogers is a proud native of St. Louis. She was given a scholarship through the African Methodist Church to attend Morris Brown College, a Historically Black College in Atlanta, Georgia.  The opportunity for a teenager from a low-income family to attend college changed her life trajectory. She now holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Felicia served as an Administrative Professional for the Center for Disease Control, and spent many years servicing over 100 small businesses while working at Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Assisting organizations to navigate the day to day activities of their business is an exciting aspect of her expertise, in addition to her passion for Client Relations and Innovation. She always strives to provide the utmost quality of service for the people she serves, especially the underserved. According to Felicia, servicing clients is not just going the extra mile, but the full distance. Regarding innovation, she aims to help think outside the box while discovering the best use for what is already present. “My ultimate ambition is to help open doors and windows for those I serve, and like myself, change the trajectory of many lives,” Felicia Rodgers.

“Building a team is important. Felicia is an excellent addition because she represents the heart of our community. Felicia Rogers has hit the ground running, and it is an exciting time for our company.” – Alice Prince, CEO, and President.
