Through Barnet Dermatology’s website, patients can easily schedule online appointments from the comfort of their home to ease and aid in any skin care concerns they may be experiencing such as rashes, acne, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss and suspicious spots, to name a few.

“Given the need for social distancing and shutdowns, we’re now offering virtual visits for anyone in Florida as we face these difficult and unknown times,” said Dr. Channing Barnett, founder of Barnett Dermatology. “We want to make sure Floridians can get the treatment they need, where and when it’s best for them. It’s as easy as using Facetime or other video apps.” 

Telemedicine visits involve patients using video chat with their board-certified dermatologist via a cellphone, iPad or computer. Virtual visits are covered by most insurances. Photos can be shared, appropriate prescriptions can be written, and patients can get quality one-on-one time with providers.
