Child friendly toy shopping app comes out just in time for Christmas

TinyToyList.com is a wish list app designed for children. The touch friendly interface allows children to explore toys without being subjected to advertisements, tracking or awkward navigation not designed for young users. Parents can benefit with price limits – limiting the toys shown. In the age of COVID-19 children are not going to toy stores and the years of the Sears wish book are over. “I put together TinyToyList.com out of the frustration of watching my two daughters struggle to navigate toy websites. After exhausting the Christmas flyers, I wanted to show them the a few toy websites. I quickly realized a problem; my girls don’t typically use a traditional computer quite yet. They use iPads, and touch devices almost exclusively – that’s normal to them. These websites were tricky, the stuttering page movements while loading, the responsiveness overall was foreign to them. When they press something, they expect an instant response.”

Created as single page application, this website is designed with touch and simplicity in mind.  Using large visual navigation, kids are free to explore brands, categories or by browse by age.
