PA Real Estate Agent, Paul Rosso, Adds new Certifications to his Repertoire

Newtown, PA – March 13, 2020 – Paul Rosso has earned the Home Selling Advisor and the Certified Negotiation Expert certifications. The designations enable Rosso to be a more effective advocate for each client he serves in Pennsylvania’s Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.

As a Certified Home Selling Advisor, Rosso’s expertise enables him to provide clients with advice in key areas that include, but isn’t limited to, pricing, market exposure and positioning, buyer acquisition, and negotiations. Conferred by the National Association of Expert Advisors (NAEA), the certification provides him with the highly specialized knowledge to assist clients in selling their properties for the best price and in the shortest amount of time.

The Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation is the only certification recognized by the National Association of REALTORS. Those that have been so certified are versed in a wide variety of methodologies, strategies and techniques that encompasses the psychology of buying. The training enables him to provide one of consumers’ most highly-sought services.

Rosso is also a recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award. The award celebrates real estate agents that have earned in excess of $1 million in gross commissions during their career and is bestowed on less than 1 percent of all agents around the globe. He’s worked in the real estate industry for more than 30 years.

A graduate of Temple University, Rosso holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He worked on nuclear plant design for 10 years before pivoting to pursue a career in real estate. He’s a self-professed motivation junkie and entrepreneur. He’s active in the Junior Achievement program, was named Person of the Year by his local Rotary Club, and was recognized for his work within the community by the Pennsylvania House and Senate.

Rosso’s newest certifications are a measure of his dedication to providing a premier level of service to each of his clients. The PA real estate agent also holds Investor Agent Specialist, Distressed Property Expert, and Luxury Home Marketing Specialist certifications.
