About Platinum HIIT’s “Get Your Health Back on Track” Program:
The “Get Your Health Back on Track” program is a precursor to advanced high intensity interval training (HIIT). Clients will be assigned at-home exercises, progressing through variations in technique, tempo, power and volume. After 4 months, clients will have increased their range of motion, core stability, relative strength and cardio conditioning through yoga, bodyweight and kettlebell workouts. Most importantly, clients will become empowered by new behaviors and routines to make continued progress towards their long-term health and fitness goals on their own.
This one-of-a-kind coaching experience offers 16 weeks of intensive personal development, meant to guide fitness beginners and people who have fallen off track with their healthy habits towards mastering their lifestyle once and for all. The Platinum HIIT method requires you to detox from social media, and leverages new music discovery as a tool for emotional healing and staying motivated.
Clients will be taught how to create staple recipes and plan their own meals according to their personal calorie and macronutrient needs. Clients will be assigned weekly creative exercises to inspire new ways of thinking about their personal problems. Every Saturday will feature a group call that explores coaching themes around life, health, spirituality and relationships.
It will be possible to lose up to 20 pounds following this program, depending on one’s starting point and level of dedication. To keep clients engaged and motivated – if one demonstrates (via smart scale data) they’ve lost weight 3 months in a row and completes 85% of their assigned workouts, their final payment for the program will be waived. The investment for this program is $250/month for 4 months.
