Triad NC Based SE Logo Wear & CourtHarbor have merged business operations

Winston-Salem, NC – March 16, 2020 – SE Logo Wear and CourtHarbor have announced the planned merger of their business operations, effective March 8, 2020, to offer an expanded product line of court equipment and accessories to the tennis industry and increase brand awareness of CourtHarbor’s custom logo tennis court products.

With this agreement, the CourtHarbor name and brand will remain the same and all day-to-day operations will be managed by SE Logo Wear at their office and facility in Winston-Salem. SE Logo Wear’s financial investment and commitment to CourtHarbor provides Charlie Grubb, SE Logo Wear’s founder and president, along with Jon McLamb, founder and President of CourtHarbor, sole ownership of CourtHarbor’s assets, intellectual property and customer base.

CourtHarbor received a patent on their freestanding, customizable tennis court dividers in January 2017. A distinguished list of tennis facilities throughout the U.S. have added CourtHarbor’s dividers, including: Duke University; University of Kentucky; University of North Carolina; Ohio State University; University of Tennessee; USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center; USTA National Campus; West Side Tennis Club Forest Hills and many more. CourtHarbor has strengthened its customer base within the tennis industry by adding custom court number signs, net signs, scorekeepers and windscreens. Through its partnership with SE Logo Wear, CourtHarbor plans to add many more custom tennis court products, as well as standard tennis court equipment and accessories.

“My goal is for CourtHarbor to become the go to company for all tennis court equipment and accessories by tennis directors and coaches” explains McLamb. “Our partnership with SE Logo Wear will provide CourtHarbor the resources and capabilities needed to achieve this goal.”

“CourtHarbor has developed a solid brand and a satisfied customer base.  I am excited about the opportunity to bring their patented Court Dividers and other specialty tennis products to every tennis program in the country” says Grubb.

SE Logo Wear is a leading provider of top-quality screen-printing, embroidery, vehicle wraps, window signage, promotional items and dye-sublimated apparel. Since its founding in 2008, SE Logo Wear has grown significantly; both organically and through acquisitions like this one with CourtHarbor.

A proactive approach to community engagement and commitment to making a positive difference in the Triad community will remain a high priority, including a personal development program for local high schools that SE Logo Wear and CourtHarbor have been heavily involved in.
