The Calming Disc from Calm Yourself Today is a hand-held device that connects to your cell phone using Blue Tooth Low Energy (BLE). This device shows a pattern of LED’s and soft vibrations to assist the user thru Meditations.

September 4, 2019 – Silicon Valley, California – Calm Yourself Today announces the launch of our new Mobile App and Calming Disc. The Mobile app currently supports iOS phone devices and is available for a free download from the iTunes App Store by simply searching “Calm Yourself” from your device.

The Meditation app is a free download and provides many Calming features such as Music, Stories, Blog Articles to assist in Meditation and of course Meditation.

We have focused on Beginning Meditation to help the people learn to Meditate who have given up or don’t feel they have the focus to really dive into Meditation.

With our Calming Disc, which is a hand-held IoT device that connects to your Phone, you are presented with Colored LED patterns and vibrations that allow you to focus on the device and really help to abstract out the environment you are in. You totally focus at the task at hand which is Meditation. All external stimulations are removed by this device simply by providing a positive focus.

Basic Breathing Exercises as well as Guided Meditations are provided and can be use with or without the Calming Disc.
