Ceresti Health to Present Data Showing Improved Cost and Quality Outcomes from Empowering Family Caregivers of Persons Living with Dementia

Leader in technology-enabled family caregiver empowerment to present multiple posters at the 2019 Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC)!

CARLSBAD, Calif. – July 11, 2019 – Ceresti Health, a digital health company focused on improving cost and quality outcomes for people living with dementia, today announced that company researchers will present two posters at the upcoming Alzheimer’s Association International Conference 2019 on Monday, July 15, 2019 from 9:30 am – 4:15 pm at the Los Angeles Convention Center, South Hall HG.

“The first poster details initial findings from a pilot study that shows how the combination of (i) personalized caregiver education, coaching and support and (ii) daily remote monitoring of the patient-caregiver dyad reduces medical costs for the person living with dementia at home,” explains Soenksen. “The second poster details our novel disease progression framework which aligns medical cost savings with better patient care and is a central theme throughout our intervention.“
