Total Technology Resources Purchases Medical Client Base from Stuart Hall Technologies

Philadelphia – Total Technology Resources(TTR) purchased the medical client base of Stuart Hall Technologies effective June 15.

“We are excited to have completed this transaction because it allows us to provide an even wider range of offerings to our new client base,” said Justin Colantonio, TTR co-founder.

TTR offers a broad range of IT services that include network infrastructure, disaster planning, network administration, network security, hardware integration, project management and private cloud services.

Stuart Hall Technologies focused on providing IT services for medical practices. Its founder has decided to go in a different business direction, creating the opportunity for TTR’s purchase.

Philadelphia-based TTR was founded in 2014 by Colantonio and his partner, James Smith.

“We have always preached a proactive approach to protecting and helping our clients, whether it’s our managed services Total Care platform or our detailed disaster recovery and office backup offerings,” said Colantonio. “We also applied the same principle to our business as it continues to establish an even stronger presence in the Delaware Valley.”

The cost of the purchase was not disclosed.
