Preeminent Phoenix Cabinet Dealer Donates 130 Meals to Medical Workers at Banner University Medical Center!

PHOENIX, AZ – May 14, 2020 – Local cabinet seller New Cabinet Company donated 130 meals from Valley Mexican restaurant Casa Amigos to healthcare workers at Banner University Medical Center this Saturday.

“I have always felt we need to do hater we can to support our community,” said Lee Kong, Founder of New Cabinet Company. “And that is especially true during times of crisis like these.”

Lee, an Army veteran of the Iraq war, considers first responders and medical workers to be heroes during times of crisis like this. “Just like our military, fire and police, our medical staff are heroes. And they deserve to be celebrated,” Lee said.

New Cabinet Company also believes in supporting locally owned businesses, that’s why the chose Casa Amigos to buy the meals. “So many Valley restaurants are struggling to make ends meet and keep their employees on the payroll,” Lee said. “I believe that it is our civic duty to support them.”

The meals were definitely appreciated by the medical staff, many of whom had been working overtime, but Lee was quick to point out that it was just a small gesture. “This is the least we could do,” he said. “But we plan on doing everything we can in the coming months as we work together to help our community overcome this horrible crisis.”
